"Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food" - Hippocrates
  • Nutritional Therapy

All the processes that go on in our body require nutrients. When we provide our body with what it needs, it can balance and heal itself. When we are nutrient deficient, it can result in a variety of health conditions, or simply not feeling our best. Nutritional therapy involves a thorough investigation of the imbalances in a client’s body and a plan made in partnership with the client to use food (and sometimes nutritional supplements) to encourage the body back to health.

Nutritional therapy can support people with diabetes and blood sugar imbalances, digestive issues, hormone imbalances, autoimmune conditions, fatigue, depression and anxiety, stress and sleep problems, low immunity, food intolerances and allergies, cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal pain, cancer, skin conditions and much more. When necessary, functional tests can be ordered to provide more information on your health.

    Initial Consultation 90 minutes: £80

Follow up consultation 45 minutes: £60

If you refer a friend, you will receive a 10% discount on your next consultation following their booking.

Any nutritional supplements and functional tests that are recommended are not included in the consultation price.

  • Ayurvedic Nutrition Consultations

Through an Ayurvedic Nutrition and Lifestyle consultation, we discover your present state of health (vikruti) and uncover your natural state of balance (prakruti). During the sessions, we discuss your general health and medical history along with present and past lifestyle and dietary factors. Traditional techniques such as tongue and pulse diagnosis may also be used.

You may wish to have a consultation to overcome stress, fatigue, and digestion and sleep disturbances for example or you may simply be curious to know how Ayurveda can fit into your daily life. Regardless of the reason, a consultation can help identify root causes of imbalances and can also give you tools to achieve and attain and maintain your natural state of balance.

If you are interested in having a consultation please arrange a complimentary 15-minute phone call to discuss how Ayurveda can help you.

Before the initial consultation, you’ll be asked to complete a questionnaire which will need to be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your initial appointment. 48 hours after the initial consultation you will receive a personalised Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle program along with an explanation of the recommendations. Depending on your needs, the program may also incorporate the use of Ayurvedic herbal remedies. Using this program as a guide can rebalance your body, bringing it back to its prakruti.

After the initial consultation, you may wish to have a shorter, follow up consultation to discuss progress and make any adjustments should they be required.

Initial consultation (1 hour) and program: £60
Follow up consultation (30 minutes): £30

Ayurvedic remedies between £8-15 for a three week supply.
