About the course
At the Bath Haus Spa, we believe that yoga is for everyone regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, size and fitness levels. We recognise that general yoga classes can feel intimidating for those new to the practice.
This 6-week course is designed to provide a safe and welcoming space to introduce you to the building blocks of a yoga practice. During each slow flow class we will explore the mind-body connection by focusing on the breath. As the course develops, you will also be introduced to some basic yoga philosophy, breathing and relaxation techniques.
Commit to your self-care and make the time for your well being!
Please Note, 10% of all course fees will be donated to YoungMinds, a national charity with a focus on improving mental wellbeing support for young people across the UK.

From the teacher
What are my classes like?
We will mindfully move through a physical sequence paying close attention to our breath. My aim is equip you with practical techniques to develop self-awareness and resilience for use in your daily life.
What was my journey to yoga?
Growing up my mom would often talk about yoga and my personal interest for it developed during a period of high stress in my teenage years. I turned to yoga and meditation to help manage my busy and stressed mind and I haven't looked back since!
